Usually the specific animal protein, the veterinarian prescribes, is difficult to obtain. The preparation of the food may be time consuming. Time is precious, leading to the self preparation of the diet to not always be ideal. In addition, some types of meat have an unpleasant smell during preparation. To aid with the self preparation of a diet, TROVET has developed a special product range: Unique Protein. To create an elimination diet you only need to add a carbohydrate source. The preferred carbohydrate sources are boiled white rice or potato.
